Learner Login
JICA-Learning Network is an online training platform for continuous mutual learning and knowledge sharing.
Learners can log in to the online training using their user ID and password. Please review the manual before starting the course.

- What’s JICA-VAN
JICA-VAN (JICA Virtual Academy & Network) is an initiative to promote the use of a platform that enables online learning and
knowledge sharing for all stakeholders involved in JICA projects. By utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) and Social
Networking Service (SNS), it aims to foster the learning and networking of professionals engaged in international cooperation.
It enables participants to continue learning anytime, anywhere, stay connected with JICA, and expand their networks.
In December 2024, JICA introduced Knowledge Deliver as LMS, which enhanced and expanded existing features such as online
pre-learning and participant discussions.
Since February 2021, LinkedIn as SNS has been adopted to promote networking among professionals. Integration with LMS has
been further strengthened to create a seamless learning and networking experience.
