平素より当社システムをご利用頂きありがとうございます。
昨今のソフトウェアに関する脆弱性に対する修正プログラムを適用するため、下記時間にサービスを停止いたします。

本脆弱性はリモートからコードを実行される可能性が指摘されており、修正版の公開と同時に攻撃が
活発化することが想定されます。お客様のコンテンツと認証情報を保護するため、修正版の適用と
動作確認が完了するまで、予防的にサービスを停止させていただきます。

 ■影響反映
下記期間中は管理画面へのログイン、動画変換用コンテンツの登録・変換処理がご利用いただけません。

■作業期間
2026年10月21日（水）22:00～10月22日（木）18:00
※作業状況により前後する場合がございます。終了次第、改めてご連絡いたします。

Dear JICA Learning Network Users,

Thank you for your continued use of our system.

We are going to temporarily suspend the service during the period specified below to 
apply security patches addressing recently identified software vulnerabilities.

These vulnerabilities have been reported to potentially allow remote code execution, and cyberattacks 
are expected to increase once the patches become publicly available. To protect your content and 
authentication credentials, we will proactively suspend the service until the patches have been applied 
and system functionality has been verified.

■ Impact on Services
During the period specified below, users will be unable to log in to the administration interface or 
register content for video conversion or perform video conversion processes.

■ Maintenance Schedule
From 22:00 Wednesday, October 21 to 18:00 Thursday 22, 2026 (JST)
