◆Seminar information： Knowledge Forum: “Exploring New Forms of Cooperation with Emerging Development Partners(JICA Ogata RI)

The global development landscape is evolving fast.
As ODA faces increasing fiscal constraints, the number and diversity of development actors continue to grow
At the same time, emerging partners are stepping up — bringing fresh perspectives like mutual benefit, stronger ownership, and more context-sensitive approaches.
This forum will explore how triangular cooperation can evolve into a dynamic platform for knowledge co-creation, and reflect on the role Japan can play in connecting a diverse range of development actors.
